The first step in the journey to an evidence-based practice is to determine what data to collect. This might be the most critical component to success and is often the biggest stumbling block for our clients.
We have personal conversations with the various stakeholders involved from administration, to the practitioner, to your IT department. The implementation document we create from those conversations gives you a foundational data set to work with. From there, we make recommendations based on where the industry is.
We guide the process with our understanding of clinical subject matter and joint replacement surgery, knowing what common tools are the most trusted and respected because we’ve have been working with the largest registries in the U.S. for the last several years.
You want higher patient compliance. We help you select the most valuable combination of outcome tools to maximize compliance. For example, if a patient feels like they are being asked the same question multiple times, they develop a negative impression and won’t fill out another survey. We think ahead about this details.
You want adoption at the OR level. Testing and working out glitches after you’ve launched isn’t an option. If you don’t get everyone on-board from the get-go, you lose buy-in. We have to get it right from the start and we know you are eager to start collecting and using the data, but we need to take the time during the implementation phase to make sure we are doing this right.
Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible.
