Before Ortech, you might have had to jump through many hoops, playing the waiting game for your data.
Now, you have access to your data 24/7, whether in the office, or at home. The Ortech app allows an unlimited number of authorized users to be identified underneath the surgeon, each with his or her own permission settings.
Query builder
Each user has a portal that gives them the ability to save queries and automated or frequently run reports. Build and save queries, and easily take the data in Ortech and move it to other software platforms. Perhaps one of your C level executives has a specific report they’d like to see monthly. That person receives an email every month informing them their requested report is securely available within the application.

Customer Support
Using new technology can be intimidating and we want to make it as comfortable as possible. You will be assigned one person as your client support representative. This isn’t an IT desk model that triages your request and responds at a later time. You will have someone you can call or email directly to get an answer.
